Education

Located on the USC Health Sciences Campus, the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center is an organized research unit of the University of Southern California that is a part of the administration of the Keck School of Medicine of USC.

The more than 200 basic scientists and physicians at the USC Norris are mostly faculty members of the Keck School of Medicine. Students studying for their master's, doctoral or medical degrees work alongside these faculty members, as well as resident physicians and post-doctoral researchers. Under their tutelage, students train for their future scientific careers and also participate in cutting-edge research.

Multiple degrees and programs are offered through the Keck School of Medicine, providing the opportunity to work or conduct research in the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Educational opportunities are also available at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA).

Fellowship training at CHLA offers an exciting range of opportunities for an advanced pediatric education in a wide array of programs. CHLA offers experience in basic, translational or clinical research, along with a robust program of Health Outcomes and Community Health Research. Each division provides a milieu for research productivity, enhanced by the presence of the highly regarded Saban Research Institute at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.
