In this 60-minute webinar, we discuss the development of innovative biosensing technology and its application in psychiatry to measure emotions, behavior, and physiology outside of traditional laboratory and clinical settings.
Overview In this 60-minute webinar, we discuss the development of innovative biosensing technology and its application in psychiatry to measure emotions, behavior, and physiology outside of traditional laboratory and clinical settings. The webinar will also discuss how wearable biosensing can increase diversity and inclusion in research and treatment and form the basis for novel, accessible interventions. Learning Objectives By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to: 1) Describe best practices for in vivo psychophysiological data collection, 2) Select appropriate wearable biosensors for their clinical or research setting(s), and 3) Develop foundational knowledge in data analytic pipelines and protocols for wearable biosensing.
