Event planning approval needed prior To Finally Cancer Center approval Of a courtyard reservation request. (https://dps.usc.edu/services/usc-events-permit-application/).
Costs:

Norris Cancer Center or Hospital sponsored events: Room charges waived (FREE).

All Other USC events: Room charges waived (FREE), account number (PPGG number) needed at time of reservation for any damage or cleaning charges.
Non-USC organizations: $200.00/hr, Full Day: $500.00

Usage:

  • Please clean up after your event, and restore room to previous seating arrangement.
  • If food is being served in the Foyer or Conference Rooms, please arrange with Facilities Management Services (FMS) housekeeping for cleanup and trash disposal at (323) 442-8005. A nominal fee will be charged by FMS.
  • For room set up, furniture arrangement, and rental, please arrange with Facilities Management Services (FMS) movers at (323) 442-8005.
  • For AV assistance or rental, please contact USC Audio/Visual Services, 323/442-1018.
