Gifts in Memory of Phil John Montoya

Benefiting the Cancer Research Memorial and Honor Fund

Phil John Montoya

In Celebration and Loving Memory of Our Beloved Phil John Montoya (February 4th, 1936 - March 8th, 2015)

For nearly four years, USC Norris was able to treat and support Phil during his long battle with bladder cancer. USC Norris treated Phil and his entire family with respect and dignity and we are incredibly grateful for all of their efforts, particularly the care and professionalism of Dr. Tanya Dorff. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Phil's memory to USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center to further the important research work of the hospital in order to help more families in their own future struggles with cancer.

THANK YOU, to all of our family, friends and loved ones. We would like to express our sincerest gratitude for your prayers, love and support that has given us strength during this very difficult time.

Make your donation to benefit cancer research using the button below. Be sure to click on the "Memorial or honorarium information" link on page two of the donation form and indicate your gift is in honor of "Phil John Montoya."
