UPC PICK-UP AND DROF-OFFThe new time for Main Campus Collection service is 2:00 PM. Customers should place their samples in the collection drawer, located in the Mail Room (201B) of the Ray Irani Hall (RRI) -- formerly MCB.
To request a pick up:
Check "Main Campus Pick Up" on the order form and contact us at (323) 865-0541 by 2:00 PM. Pick ups are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
To request a delivery:
Check "Main Campus Delivery" on the order form. Customers requesting a main campus delivery will have their orders dropped off by 3:30 PM on the Monday, Wednesday, or Friday after completion of the orders. Customers will receive an email when their orders have been completed.
CALTECH PICK UPWe now offer a free pick-up service for our CALTECH customers. Call the core by 12 noon to arrange for a same day pick-up from the collection box located in the mail area of the Braun Building. Results will be available for download the following business day.
