| 1 | Inclusion criteria for healthy donors – Male or female between the ages of 18-65 |
| 2 | Inclusion criteria for CIN2 + CIN3 donors – Female between the ages of 18 and 65, and referred to Gynecology Clinic for an abnormal Pap smear |
| 3 | All donors: Capable of understanding and complying with the protocol and has signed the informed consent form |
| 1 | Anemia (Hgb < 11.0 or HCT < 33%) or thrombocytopenia (platelets < 150,000) |
| 2 | Taking medications that might be affected by a leukapheresis procedure, such as aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, or anti-platelet medication |
| 3 | Pregnant or nursing females |
| 4 | Participating in other studies that require apheresis blood donations if their donations would exceed 1 donation per month or greater than 12 per year |
| 5 | Donated whole blood in the previous 8 weeks |
