You may participate in this study if:

	Requirement
1	Inclusion criteria for healthy donors – Male or female between the ages of 18-65
2	Inclusion criteria for CIN2 + CIN3 donors – Female between the ages of 18 and 65, and referred to Gynecology Clinic for an abnormal Pap smear
3	All donors: Capable of understanding and complying with the protocol and has signed the informed consent form

You may not participate in this study if:

1	Anemia (Hgb < 11.0 or HCT < 33%) or thrombocytopenia (platelets < 150,000)
2	Taking medications that might be affected by a leukapheresis procedure, such as aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, or anti-platelet medication
3	Pregnant or nursing females
4	Participating in other studies that require apheresis blood donations if their donations would exceed 1 donation per month or greater than 12 per year
5	Donated whole blood in the previous 8 weeks
