| 1 | Inclusion criteria for healthy donors:
male or female, between the ages of 18 and 65 |
| 2 | Inclusion criteria for CIN+ donors
1. Female between the ages of 18 and 65
2. Referred to Gynecology Clinic for an abnormal Pap smear
3. HIV positive or HIV negative |
| 1 | Anybody with anemia |
| 2 | Anybody who is taking medications that might be affected by a leukapheresis procedure |
| 3 | Pregnant or nursing females |
| 4 | People who are participating in other studies that require apheresis blood donations if
their donations would exceed 1 donation per month or greater than 12 per year. |
| 5 | Anybody that has donated whole blood in the previous 8 weeks |
| 6 | For HIV+ patients, those who have below normal white blood cell counts (less than 4300
leukocytes) |
