You may participate in this study if:
 Requirement
1Normal men aged 25-39 with no evidence of prostate cancer and stable serum PSA.
2Normal men aged 40 and older with no evidence of prostate cancer and stable serum PSA.
3Men with elevated (>4 ng/ml) and/or rising PSA who will undergo prostate biopsy to rule out prostate cancer.
4Patients with localized prostate cancer who will undergo radical prostatectomy or radiation therapy.
5Patients with metastatic hormone-naïve prostate cancer.
6Patients with newly diagnosed castration-resistant metastatic prostate cancer.


You may not participate in this study if:
1Previous or current history of second malignancy unrelated to prostate cancer; autoimmune disease or immune deficiency, chronic treatment with immunomodulatory therapies (e.g.glucocorticoids); significant trauma, surgery, or infection in the past two weeks
