| 1 | Normal men aged 25-39 with no evidence of prostate cancer and stable serum PSA. |
| 2 | Normal men aged 40 and older with no evidence of prostate cancer and stable serum PSA. |
| 3 | Men with elevated (>4 ng/ml) and/or rising PSA who will undergo prostate biopsy to rule out prostate cancer. |
| 4 | Patients with localized prostate cancer who will undergo radical prostatectomy or radiation therapy. |
| 5 | Patients with metastatic hormone-naïve prostate cancer. |
| 6 | Patients with newly diagnosed castration-resistant metastatic prostate cancer. |
| 1 | Previous or current history of second malignancy unrelated to prostate cancer;
autoimmune disease or immune deficiency, chronic treatment with immunomodulatory therapies
(e.g.glucocorticoids); significant trauma, surgery, or infection in the past two weeks |
