You may participate in this study if:

	Requirement
1	Men with metastatic prostate ca about to begin a systemic therapy involving androgen-deprivation therapy or docetaxel
2	At least 18 years of age
3	No signs or symptoms of active infection
4	Willing to comply with experimental procedures
5	Signed an approved study-specific informed consent and HIPAA
