You may participate in this study if:

	Requirement
1	Histologically confirmed prostate cancer
2	At least 18 years of age
3	No signs or symptoms of active infection
4	Exhibits willingness to comply with the experimental procedures as outlined in this protocol
5	Localized: Considered candidate for a radical prostatectomy
6	Prostate cancer must be classified as intermediate or high risk based of the presence of any of the following factors: [a] Gleason score = / > 7; [b] Clinical stage = / > T2; [c] PSA = / > 10 ng/ml
7	No prior use of systemic prostate cancer therapy such as androgen-deprivation therapy or cytotoxic chemotherapy
8	Metastatic: Metastatic prostate cancer diagnosed by imaging and other clinical criteria
9	Planned institution of systemic therapy (chemotherapy, hormonal therapy) for metastatic prostate cancer
