You may participate in this study if:

	Requirement
1	Patients 18 years of age or older who have histologically confirmed carcinoma who will receive CPT-11 based chemotherapy.
2	Prior chemotherapy allowed.
3	Tumor tissue collected by surgery or biopsy at the time of diagnosis or tumor recurrence prior to start of CPT-11 chemotherapy.
4	Sufficient tumor tissue must be available for study.
5	Signed informed consent.
