Serving as the chief development officer for USC Norris, Stephanie Hsieh leads the development of the long-term strategic vision for the program as well as leading its implementation. With a staff of six, the USC Norris development team helps raise funds for the Cancer Center, physicians and scientists.

A Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star, after 7 years practicing estate planning and tax law, Stephanie left the legal field to pursue her passion of non-profit work. With over 11 years in fundraising, Stephanie is an energetic and polished development leader that brings a deep knowledge of gift planning, major and principal gifts, and grateful patient fundraising experience. Most recently she served as the Senior Executive Director for Major Gifts at City of Hope where she was responsible for building the Industry personal fundraising program - as well as supporting gastrointestinal and women's cancers.

Prior to her tenure at City of Hope, Stephanie served as a planned giving officer supporting three hospital systems within Providence Health and Services Foundation where she implemented a training program specific to planned and blended gifts. Stephanie earned her undergraduate degree in economics from UC Berkeley, and her law degree from the USC Gould School of Law where she was president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
