Photograph of Roxana bellia Dr. Roxana Bellia is a member of the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center Executive Committee and Chair of the Cancer Survivorship Advisory Council. She is also on the board of Women in Management, and is active with the Special Olympics. Roxana Bellia is Director of Talent Acquisition & Development with USC Trojan Search. She enjoys connecting professionals with opportunities that will positively impact both individual and organizational objectives. Roxana’s passion is attracting, hiring and retaining the best faculty and administrative talent in the marketplace in support of USC’s ambitious strategic vision.

Before joining USC in January 2012, Roxana worked as Strategy and Change Consultant for IBM Global Business Services, as well as smaller boutique firms. Roxana started her career as an executive recruiter for a 25-year Korn/Ferry International veteran specializing in the nation’s largest public sector executive recruitment. In 2012, she, along with a dedicated team from Talent Management worked closely with Dr. Gruber and his executive committee on all aspects of the Norris strategic planning process.

Dr. Bellia is an adjunct faculty member at Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She holds a doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, CSPP and a master’s degree in personnel administration, California State University Los Angeles. Roxana is also a certified executive coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Roxana has a demonstrated history of community volunteer work with her most recent roles in the area of cancer research and advocacy including service as a Consumer Reviewer for the Breast Cancer Research Program of the Department of Defense Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs, Project LEAD training, an intensive immersion program spearheaded under the leadership of the National Breast Cancer Coalition and is part of a grant proposal with Dr. Anna Wu who is seeking funding to examine the role of green tea as an intervention in reversing inflammation in breast cancer patients. Roxana is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina and resides in Long Beach, California with her partner and spouse, April Torres. She enjoys photography, travel, writing, foreign films, languages and cultures, outdoor sports and fun.
