Photograph of John Baker Roxana Bellia serves on the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center Executive Committee as a consumer liaison and assumed leadership as the Norris Cancer Survivorship Advisory Council Chair. Roxana works on the USC Talent Management team as a Senior Manager, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness. In 2012, she, along with a dedicated team from Talent Management worked closely with Dr. Gruber and his executive committee on all aspects of the Norris strategic planning process. Amongst her other talent management responsibilities, Roxana leads the design and implementation of the performance management initiative, supports learning solutions for Trojan staff and programmatic goal integration and reporting across all key talent management initiatives.

Prior to joining USC, Roxana held external and internal consulting with IBM Global Business Services Strategy & Change, Aria International Consulting and City of Long Beach Department of Health & Human Services. Roxana has expertise in coaching, conflict mediation, change management, leadership development, communications strategy and planning, and facilitation among others. She is multilingual with native fluency in English and Spanish.

Roxana has a demonstrated history of community volunteer work with her most recent roles in the area of cancer research and advocacy including service as a Consumer Reviewer for the Breast Cancer Research Program of the Department of Defense Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs, Project LEAD training, an intensive immersion program spearheaded under the leadership of the National Breast Cancer Coalition and is part of a grant proposal with Dr. Anna Wu who is seeking funding to examine the role of green tea as an intervention in reversing inflammation in breast cancer patients.

Roxana received her doctorate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, Alliant International University in 2007. She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from CSULA. She is a certified Human Capital Strategist, an ICF-certified Coach, Mediator, MBTI-certified, Firo-B, Korn Ferry Lominger Suite (Leadership Architect 101, Lominger VOICE 360 and Team Architect) and Crucial Conversations practitioner.

Roxana is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina and resides in Long Beach, California with her partner April Torres. She enjoys photography, travel, writing, foreign films, languages and cultures, outdoor sports and fun.
